The dynamics of language and the issue of causation of language change.
1. The question of language development is one of the fundamental to
problems of linguistics. This is because the condition for the existence of any language is its development, hence the problem of language variation, is a question about the essence of language. Languages evolve, change, if only because language is a constant companion of man, and through acts of communication there is a reflection of human reality surrounding him, which itself is in constant motion and development.
